Salted Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Wow. These might be the best chocolate chunk cookies I’ve ever had! Gooey on the inside, crisp around the edges, with chunks of shaved chocolate all throughout. The flakey salt adds the best oomph to the top of this perfect cookie.
